A 25,000 square feet, former government run long term care home purchased in 2018, in the Community of Trout Creek, within the municipality of Powassan, in the northeastern portion of the District of Parry Sound. The former site consists of 49 beds, with applications in place with the Ministry of Long Term Care awaiting imminent approval, previously approved for temporary license for the operation of a long term care facility.

The property is currently slated for a transitional senior’s home, and currently has a waiting list of individuals wanting to rent and/or purchase suites once ministry approvals have been granted. Dynamic Health Management will manage and operate the facility in house. On the same site, we have received a formal approval from the Ministry of Long Term Care to construct a 96 bed seniors’ long term care facility, completely government funded, in a community with an urgent need for this service.
